Catch a Healthy Habit cafe is located in the Look At Me Now Wellness Center in West Haven, CT. They are an ALL-raw food cafe that is 100% vegetarian and mostly vegan (they use local honey). They also use local and organic ingredients whenever possible. In addition to a variety of food items they have fresh juices, smoothies and desserts.

Fresh organic juice...awesome! I also had my first chia seed pudding which was pretty cool.
