Description
Chef Marcus Guiliano and his wife Jamie opened Aroma Thyme Bistro on New Year's Eve 2003. Some of their culinary guidelines: no white sugar, no white flour, no butter, no cream, no fried foods, slavery free chocolate, the use of organic and local ingredients, hormone & antibiotic free meats, as well as the use of sustainable and low mercury seafood. Vegan, wheat free and raw menu choices are available.
