Quintessence's full menu is 100% organic, vegan and raw - nothing is heated above 118??. By not heating food, all the natural enzymes are left alive and intact. They have combo lunch specials served between 11:30am to 3:00pm on weekdays that come with mixed mesclun with choice of dressing and fresh apple cider or herbal tea. They also serve desserts such as Chia Seed Pudding and Mango Pudding Parfait.
