Description
Selva Verde is a comfortable eco-lodge found in the jungles along the Sarapiqui River. The pleasant sounds of rushing waters and bird song are perfect recipes for a peaceful jungle experience. Many of the animals and birds have become used to people and are therefore fairly easy to see right from the cabins. Food is served buffet style and is excellent. This lodge has put a great deal of time and effort into training their staff and are important employers for the Sarapiqui region. In addition
to the many hikes and excursions into the rain forest or their butterfly garden, documentaries that were filmed in the rain forests of Selva Verde are also occasionally shown in the evening.
