The Ojo del Mar Eco Lodge describes itself as a "Simple LIfe Retreat". This seems to sum up the philosophy of the owners, Nico and Mark who built the place to share the peace and beauty of two life filled environments-the jungle and the ocean. Although guests can do a wide variety of activities and tours in the area, the focus of the owners of this lodge is upon art, especially when shared with the local community. retreats at their lodge. Like other places on the Osa Peninsula, there is also a great deal of wildlife in the area.
