Bragg's Factory Diner brings American diner food, veg style, to Grand Ave in central Phoenix. Breakfast fare includes flaxseed pancakes, banana pancakes, French toast with orange slices, coconut curry waffles, and scramble options (with tofu or eggs). Lunch offers items such as a fried avocado sandwich, an eggplant-based BLT (aka ELT) sandwich, a Southwestern-style beet burger, and a veg version of the classic Reuben made with portobello mushrooms. And, of course, they have pie, including
rhubarb pie, served from a refurbished 1950's style rotating pie-case.
