At Fresca we’re serving awesome pizzas from our stone oven, sandwiches, hearty soups, big stews (curry, ratatouille, cabbage and chorizo-ish) on brown rice, grits, quinoa, and the like. And honkin’ desserts. And great (illy) coffee. We’re driven by a desire to shun the foods that the big producers want us to buy. We’re focusing on local – organic – fresh – healthy – and damn tasty. Almost everything we serve will be available as a vegan dish as well, with a slight modification
