Fantastic Mexican food is on offer at the Border Grill Restaurant. Owners have in recent years have stepped up their efforts with a host of environmentally-friendly policies at their restaurants. Only sustainable seafood is served and organic produce is used wherever possible. Border Grill also uses the Natura water purification system instead of providing bottled water.
